Change to be free

Have I the courage to change?

living for real is it to me so strange?

Why I'm here imprisoned in this golden cage?

I cannot survive behind a mask on a stage

I'm coward and  faint- hearted, bound

silly bird cramped on the ground

why I cannot fly in my own nest?

and leave from the life I detest...

I'm rigid, fearful and square

rational, diligent and aware

like a steely flat uniform

but inside a thunderstorm.

Go away and jump out of the blue

just follow your real you..

Coprs

Madness, in the eyes

In the facial expression

The grim feelings' oppression

Pale and silent, fat and tired

Growing smell of limbs decomposed

rotten entrails putrid and disclosed

you, alone in this murky shell

a putrid grave, a belly swell

sleep away your beauty

death now is your duty

Choices in life

Someone told me once: "Go for what you really want in life, because life is short and when you will look back, your time will be already finished".

Well, I've been trying to reach my goals, from the smallest to the biggest, in everyday life.

However, the biggest problem has always been to know what those goals really were for me, without being influenced by the social context.

I am conscious tha open the wrong door or chose the wrong path, means walking away from what I really want in life, or from the place I want to be.

Now, I feel stuck in a wrong life away from myself.

Life is a mess, this is my conclusion, but it is not too late to change and open new doors to a new destiny....

Venice

Venice

Gold and silver Idyll

Cascade of colorful tales

Laces, glasses and jewels

Childish wonder in the eyes

Canaletto and Guardi

An iridescent mirror

Behind a decadent town

An ancient temple’s ruins

Rotten channels and cracked walls

Hanging from the windows pierced linen

Venice, the great Republic of the Doges

Simulacrum of itself,

Stage of a bad comedian

Hollow ceramic mask.

Unexpressed feelings

Sometimes in you I get lost
my heart like an upset clock
In the  gloomy fog of feelings
your eyes, a watchful hawk
to save our friendly dealings

Sometimes, you don't know

It is hard to carry on like this
My emotions hurt and hiss
my face too tight and drown
to rein my sadness gown

Sometimes, I force myself

Not to talk, not to confess
I’m placed on a murky shelf
And Your eyes, oppressing guide
Seal of a secret never express
