The beauty of nature

The spring blooms in every flower and every tree
The  wind whispers softly to me
I’m lifted by this gentle breeze
suspended in time, ravished and freeze

Before the splendor of nature, leaps my heart
How  this majesty can be cruel?
so gorgeous to hurt, so perfect to upset
As a poisoned dart or a sparkle jewel
Butterflies fly away, bees drone far
A sweet melody melts my gloomy thoughts
But, when it ends the sound of melancholy always replaces.
